Information for presenters
Oral presentations
- All presentations will be displayed on a 16:9 screen format.
- Regular oral presentations: 20-minute time slot – 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Keynote presentations: 30-minute time slot – 25 min + 5 min Q&A.
- Plenary talks: 45-minute time slot – 40 min + 5 min Q&A.
- Each presentation room is equipped with a computer.
- Please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive to the room where you are scheduled to present at your earliest convenience.
- All presentation files must be uploaded before the start of the session in which they are scheduled to be presented.
Posters
- The posters should be prepared in A0 Portrait format (maximum 85 cm width x 120 cm height)
- The posters should be easily readable from a 2 m distance.
- Please print your posters and bring them to the conference.
- The Conference Secretariat will provide the necessary equipment to set up your poster on the display boards.
The posters will be presented during two poster sessions, taking place on Monday 16th June and Tuesday 17th June. Please check the number assigned to your poster and the session in which it is scheduled to be presented.
For posters scheduled in Poster Session 1 (Monday 16th June 17:00 – 19:00):
- Setup time: Posters may be set up starting at 17:30 on Sunday, 15th June, in Millennium Hall 1.
- Teardown time: All posters must be taken down at the end of the Poster session 1 (Monday, 16th June, 19:00).
For posters scheduled in Poster Session 2 (Tuesday 17th June 17:00 – 18:30):
- Setup time: Posters may be set up starting at 10:00 on Tuesday, 17th June, in Millennium Hall 1.
- Teardown time: All posters must be taken down by 13:00 on Wednesday, 18th
